Since 1976, Payroll Solutions has served the Piedmont-Triad in Central North Carolina and the surrounding business communities. We are a local full-service payroll company that specializes in processing small business payrolls, providing the latest in paperless web-based services along with traditional payroll processing, all backed by our “error free guarantee”. Our demographic focus enables us to be very flexible and responsive to our clients’ immediate needs.
What is the Error-Free Guarantee?
We assume full responsibility for timeliness and accuracy of payroll processing and payroll tax preparation. If for any reason, your payroll has not been processed accurately you will not be charged for the processing of that payroll. Clients of Payroll Solutions never have to worry about paying penalties or interest due to a tax deposit or tax filing error. If we make an error or receive a late penalty, we cover it.
Flat fee pricing
Our services are offered for a flat fee based on number of employees and pay frequency. In contrast many of our competitors use "a la carte pricing" for tax services, quarterly tax processing and year end processing. Although their payroll processing fee may look competitive, once these various “other” fees are added the overall processing expense becomes excessive. We offer a complete side by side cost analysis.
What is traditional processing?
Although web-based processing is preferred by most, the traditional method is always available. The client in this case will call, fax or email the payroll information to the dedicated processor. Once the payroll is processed reports and checks are printed and delivered. Expedited mail delivery along with in-house personal delivery is available.
How are client needs managed?
Payrolls are assigned to and processed by a dedicated processor. This enables us to thoroughly understand our client’s individual needs. Our processors are also cross trained to become familiar with each client. This process allows for an uninterrupted client experience should a staff emergency arise.
